This site is a personal portfolio. It collects the minimum data needed to respond to inquiries — nothing more.

What is collected

When you submit the contact form, the following data is collected:

• Name
• Email address
• Message content

This site uses Google Analytics (GA4) to understand visitor traffic — only if you accept cookies via the banner. No data is collected before consent. Visitors who do not submit the form and decline cookies leave no personal trace.

Why it is collected

Solely to respond to your inquiry. Your data is not used for marketing, not sold, not shared with any party other than the one that processes form submissions.

Third-party processor

Form submissions are handled by Web3Forms, a form backend service. Your name, email and message are transmitted to their servers to deliver the submission. Web3Forms privacy policy is available at their website.

Data retention

Inquiries are kept for as long as needed to handle the matter, then deleted. You can request deletion at any time by emailing tomchanchin@gmail.com.

Your rights

Under GDPR and the Philippine Data Privacy Act (RA 10173) you have the right to:

• Access the personal data held about you
• Correct inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Withdraw consent at any time

To exercise any of these rights, email tomchanchin@gmail.com. Requests are handled within 30 days.
